layton from "Tarzan" (1999)Cecil Clayton, the main antagonist of Tarzan makes it by a hair to the top 30. What makes Clayton great is that it's somewhat obvious he's a villain and it somewhat isn't. When you first meet Clayton, you think "sure, he's sort of sarcastic and cynical, but he's just an explorer yearning to gain information on the wildlife that surrounds him". Soon we find that Clayton is a cold hearted, ruthless hunter out to harm nature rather than preserve and protect it. Clayton's animal cruelty time of character gives him a spot on the top 30.

avy Jones from "Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest" (2006)In some ways Davy Jones makes the ideal villain. He's a mutated creature who was once human and now harms others because of his mysterious past. When a young man, he was betrayed by the love of his life, Calypso, and he carved out his heart and kept it in a treasure chest on Isla de Muerta. Jones, the only character from a live action film to make the list, is deserving of the spot because of his rare character. He's one of the few villains you may feel sympathy for and the only villain that's immortal (unless of course his heart is found and stabbed). Jones is for sure one of Disney's best creations.

m "The Three Little Pigs" (1933)What makes the Big Bad Wolf a great villain is how recognizable the character has become over the years. You know his story: He huffs, puffs and blows the pigs' homes down. Why? Nobody knows but who really cares? That kind of evil makes the Big Bad Wolf a villain who scores on the list. Evil for no reason. Well done.

ror Zurg from "Toy Story 2" (1999)The ultimate comic book supervillain, Zurg is a robotic toy. Yes, a toy. But in the movie "Toy Story" the villain's most likely going to be a toy (except Sid from the first, who didn't make the list). Zurg's known for being Buzz Lightyear's arch enemy. No matter which comic book, video game or toy set in the world of Toy Story, that's the way it's always been. But deep down, Emperor Zurg is just a father looking out for his son (Buzz Lightyear).
#26. The Man from "Bambi" (1942)
For one of the saddest moments ever to appear on the silver screen, the ruthless, evil man who killed Bambi's mother was actually just a hunter. Though you really only hear a gunshot, this character is responsible for one of the most tear jerking moments in cinema history. So there you have it, number 26.

from "Steamboat Willie" (1928)Pete (also known as Black Pete, Peg Leg Pete, Percy P. Percival, Mighty Pete, Bad Pete, Big Bad Pete, Big Pete, Peter Pete, King Petey and the Grim Reaper) is known for making the life of Mickey Mouse a miserable one. Pete's just one of those villains out to make it rain on a beautiful day. Evil? Somewhat. Pete's appeared in many of the classic Disney cartoons throughout the years and in all he's played the villain. In "Disney's A Christmas Carol", Pete played the part of the Grim Reaper that nearly kills the main character. In "Disney's Runaway Brain" he was a mutant type of villain. In "Steamboat Willie" he was just mean. Either way, Pete is worthy of a spot on the list.

d Madam Mim from "The Sword in the Stone" (1963)The witchy Madam Mim is the crazy old woman villainess of The Sword in the Stone. There's more than one villain in The Sword in the Stone, but Madam Mim is the only one to make the list. Her powers are some of the best that Disney has ever created and her personality is second to none. The duel with Merlin at the end of the film is one of the best battles in Disney history. Though her abilities and powers ended up being her downfall: a fever and a chicken pox type of illness. Though she was fun to watch, Mim is not evil enough to make it any further.

Queen of Hearts from "Alice in Wonderland" (1951)The Queen of Hearts is the authorial figure in Wonderland. When upset, it's like a bomb has been dropped and she'll threaten to chop off your head. But when she's calm, she's like an angel. The only thing is the smallest thing in the world can set her off and she'll be back to what makes her a great villain. Though not the best, she's one of the most recognizable villains. But her wishy-washiness gives her the spot at number 23.

mboli from "Pinocchio" (1940)What seemed to be a gentle, child friendly, chubby Italian man turned out to be one of the greatest Disney villains of all time. The way he lured in Pinocchio was one of the best of the Disney villain schemes. Pinocchio believed that a puppet with no strings would be his claim to fame when all Stromboli really wanted was to make money off of Pinocchio. Soon after, Pinocchio figures out that he wasn't hired by Stromboli, but kidnapped. Stromboli then traps Pinocchio in a small cage, happy about the money he would be making. What doesn't give Stromboli higher praise is how Pinocchio outsmarted him and escaped the clutches of him. Little did he know he'd be kidnapped again...

dall Boggs from "Monsters, Inc." (2001)Randall is the picture of pure jealousy. The monster that always comes in second at work seeks revenge on the one who does better, James P. Sullivan. Randall's slyness and unnoticed evildoing is the reason he makes the list. When his competition begins to take care of a human child, he gets rid of Sullivan and attempts to kill the child, but his plans are foiled when he's banished and tortured to death with a shovel. The list would not be complete without Randall.

dame Medusa from "The Rescuers" (1977)The devious pawnshop owner from The Rescuers is known as a kidnapper, gun owner, owner of two alligators and just a flat out evil woman. When she kidnaps the innocent little girl, Penny, she tortures her (not physically, of course). At one point, she uses Penny to search for the Devil's Eye, the huge diamond and Medusa's largest desire. Of course, she was easily defeated when she drove her motorboat into a pole. What makes her great is her determination to find the Devil's Eye and what she'll do to get it.

The Horned King from "The Black Cauldron" (1985)This villain is pure evil. The skeletal, devil horned, cloaked warlock serves as one of Disney's most frightening villains. The appearance is sure to give anyone from any age the chills. The voice is bone chilling and deathly cold. The power hungry determination is scary in itself. The Horned King is as wicked as could be, ugly as could be and as scary as could be. For these reasons, The Horned King is one of the greatest Disney Villains ever created by the Walt Disney Studios.

Yzma from "The Emperor's New Groove" (2000)The advisor to the emperor, Yzma is in some ways the perfect villain. Yes evil, of course, but funny. When she is fired by the emperor, she falls desperate so she makes the potion that will supposedly "kill" him. When she serves it to him at dinner one night, the emperor turns into a llama. Her plans go wrong so she sends her sidekick to kill him. He doesn't, but she thinks he does. She then becomes empress until she finds out the emperor is still alive. She eventually tries to kill the emperor again but instead almost kills herself. Yzma is fantastic because she is willing to kill because she lost her job. If that isn't diabolical, I don't know what is.

n from "Beauty and the Beast" (1991)Gaston, the buff, gorgeous and very high on himself member of the village makes the list because of how selfish and violent he can be. He would not take no for an answer when he asked the love of his life, Belle, to marry him and she refused. When Belle's father goes missing, she finds him at the castle of the ruthless beast (great villain at first, not list material, though), who she eventually gets to change and falls in love with. When Gaston hears of the news, he gathers the village and convinces them that the beast is vicious and wants to harm them. He then forms a mob who wants to kill the beast. When they invade the beast's castle, Gaston attempts to kill the beast and almost successfully does. When he does, he kills himself when he falls off the edge of the castle. Gaston is a great villain because he would do anything, anything, anything for love.

-Yu from "Mulan" (1998)Shan-Yu is the leader of the ruthless Hun Army in China. If he can use you to help him win, he will and it doesn't matter what it takes to do so. Even kill. He's also one of the villains that children will easily get scared of. Not so much by the appearance, but by the cold voice and surprising attack moments. He's also scary because of his weapons, his jagged edged sword that he's willing to take any life with. Shan-Yu makes the list because he'll murder anyone to win.

ssor Ratigan from "The Great Mouse Detective" (1986)As the song goes, Ratigan is the world's greatest criminal mind. He's one of Disney's most classy villains, even though he's a rat (really). He's gone down in history for being one of Disney's most popular and evil villains. He's actually quite calm and cool most of the time, but Ratigan can be a really violent monster when he has to be. He's remembered for his famous traps and Dracula-like appearance. He's talentedly voiced by one of the best voice actors of our time, Vincent Price. He's one of the best villains because of what a deviant he can be how funny he can be (example: When he's called a mouse, he loses his temper and kills someone).

rnor Ratcliffe from "Pocahontas" (1995)The pompous governor from Pocahontas serves a one of Disney's most popular villains because of how he destroys nature for his own sake. He has his men destroy the land around us until one of them, John Smith, falls in love with a Native American called Pocahontas. Ratcliffe eventually has one of the Native Americans of Pocahontas' tribe killed. Eventually, Ratcliffe's men realize the harm he's doing and turn on him. They attack him and send him back home in chains. Ratcliffe's selfishness is unlike anyone's and anyone that selfish is horrible.

udge Claude Frollo from "The Hunchback of Notre Dame" (1996)The pure wickedness portrayed by Claude Frollo is pure nasty. There is nothing funny, humorous or even laughable about this wicked man. Though it is unknown why he kidnapped Quasimodo when he was a baby and killed his mother, he is terribly cruel to Quasimodo now. He keeps him up in the bell tower of a church and whenever he is unpleased with him, he might physically hurt him or hurt him un-physically. When Quasimodo meets a gypsy girl who Frollo has feelings for, he nearly kills Quasimodo and kidnaps the gypsy, Esmeralda. But Quasimodo fights back and Frollo is killed. Frollo of course is driven by murder and he will kill to get his love, though he never does.

e-Khan from "The Jungle Book" (1967)Shere-Khan, the man-eating tiger from The Jungle Book scores at number 12 on the top 30 list. Shere-Khan is one of Disney's most classic villains. Throughout The Jungle Book, you hear the man-eating tiger who wants to find and eat Mowgli, a young boy who was raised by wolves. Shere-Khan then questions Kaa (a good villain, but not on the list) a sly Indian Python who also wants to eat Mowgli, where he is. Eventually, Mowgli comes face to face with Shere-Khan. Shere-Khan seems to be friendly, but he soon reveals that he's going to eat Mowgli. Mowgli runs and Shere-Khan attacks Baloo, a bear that took care of Mowgli, who he nearly kills. When Mowgli sees this, he sets Shere-Khan's tail on fire. Shere-Khan then runs away, never to be seen again. Shere-Khan's is great because he plays it like a cool cat before he goes balistic on the heroes and tries to get dinner.

e John from "Robin Hood" (1973)In many ways Prince John deserves to be in the top five, but for some reasons he does not. Prince John becomes ruler of Nottingham while his brother, King Richard, is away. During his reign, he, along with the Sheriff of Nottingham, begin to take huge amounts of money from poor people from Nottingham. Soon, Prince John was becoming richer and richer. His greediness even landed Robin Hood in jail for trying to take the money back and giving it to the poor. But when Prince John's brother returned, he, along with the Sheriff of Nottingham and his snake assistant Sir Hiss in jail. Prince John's uncontrollable greediness gives him the number 11 spot on the list.

hernabog from "Fantasia" (1940)Little did Vladimir Tytla know that the demonic character he designed for the "Night on Bald Mountain" segment of the Disney hit Fantasia would go down in history as one of the scariest and most evil Disney Villain of all time. Though this forty feet tall monster dosen't speak a word, the music and the ghosts he brings to life are enough to give anyone the chills. Chernabog is a demon who is part of the mountain he lives on. He raises the dead every night and reeks havoc over Bald Mountain. Though the sunlight will destroy the demon, he still returns every night to bring back the dead. Chernabog's devil-like appearance and freaky ability makes him one of the greatest villains ever created by the Walt Disney Studios.

ine from "Cinderella" (1950)Lady Tremaine is Cinderella's wicked stepmother in the Disney film Cinderella. When Cinderella's father remarries and eventually passes away, Cinderella is left with her ruthless stepmother and stepsisters, Drizella and Anastasia, who treat her very poorly. When the Tremaine family receives an invitation to the Prince's royal ball, Cinderella dreams of going. Her friends (who just happen to be mice) make her a beautiful dress that is eventually ripped to shreads by Drizella and Anastasia (Lady Tremaine's master plan). The Tremaines go to the ball but Cinderella goes thanks to her Fairy Godmother as well. When the prince choses to dance with Cinderella, Lady Tremaine does not recognize her. When Cinderella leaves the castle and loses her glass slipper, the prince goes from house to house to try the shoe on all of the women in the kingdom. When Lady Tremaine figures out Cinderella was dancing with the prince, she locks Cinderella in the attic so she is not given the opportunity to try on the glass shoe. When Cinderella breaks free, Lady Tremaine breaks the glass slipper. But Cinderella reveals she has the other and it fits. A shocked Lady Tremaine is forced to watch her stepdaughter mary the prince. Lady Tremaine's wicked treatment towards Cinderella is unlike any other, and quite evil.

ules" (1997)Hades, Ruler of the Underworld, serves as the main antagonist of Hercules. When Zeus' son Hercules is born, Hades decides to try to take over Mt. Olympus. Hades asks the Fates (three witch type characters) where his future lies. They tell Hades that in eighteen years, the Titans (giant, powerful monsters) will be freed and Hades will be able to take over Mt. Olympus. Throughout eighteen years, Hades sends his sidekicks, Pain and Panic, to attack Hercules, but even as a baby he defeats them. Hercules' super strength conquers a centaur that is trying to kidnap Meg, who Hercules falls in love with. Hercules also defeats the almighty Hydra who was sent by Hades. After eighteen years, Hades meets Hercules face to face with Hades who has captured Meg. He tells Hercules that if he gives up his strength, Meg will not be harmed. Hercules agrees and Hades gains Hercules' strength. Hades then releases the Titans to attack Mt. Olympus while Hades sends one Titan, a cyclops, to kill Hercules. Hercules is weak and Meg then helps him. Hercules is then convinced to fight back. Hercules escapes death by a hair and Meg is killed. Hercules confronts Hades and demands he brings Meg back. Hercules trades his soul for Meg's. Though, Hercules gains his strength back for being a true hero and he kills Hades. Hades is a great villain because he will kill anyone to take over Olympus.

m "101 Dalmatians" (1961)Cruella is one of Disney's most popular, most remembered, most evil and most classic villains of all of them. Cruella, the fur coat fanatic, asks her old friend Anita Radcliffe if she can buy her dalmatians, Pongo and Perdy's, new puppies. Anita tells her they are not for sale and no. One day, when Anita and her husband, Roger, are out, Cruella sends her two henchmen, Horace and Jasper, to kidnap the fifteen puppies. They get into the house after the caretaker, Nannie, lets them in. They bring them back to her mansion, Hell Hall, where Cruella will kill the dogs and turn them into a new dalmatian fur coat. Along with 86 other puppies Cruella had stolen, they escape the mansion with the help of Tibbs, a cat. Cruella is now determined to find the puppies. Once they find their mother and father, the puppies try to get home by disguising themselves as black dogs. Soon, Cruella figures out that it's the same puppies and she follows them in a wild car chase. Eventually, Cruella's car and Jasper and Horace's truck collide and they fly off the side of the road into the freezing snow. The three are arrested and the 101 dalmatians live life happily together. Cruella's determination to steal and find the puppies to make into a dalmatian fur coat show how heartless she is. This makes her one of Disney's best villains of all time.

ittle Mermaid" (1989)Ursula, the wicked Sea Witch, was banished from Atlantica by King Triton, the dominant ruler of the sea. Now, Ursula is bitter towards Triton. She now knows if she takes away Triton's favorite thing, his daughter Ariel, it will make him weak and she will take over the seas. When Ariel falls in the love with human called Prince Eric, whom she first saw on a ship, Ursula sends her two pet eels, Flotsam and Jetsam, to get Ariel to come and visit her. When Ariel finally gives in to Flotsam and Jetsam, they take to Ursula's lair, which is surrounded by shriveled up souls that were formally human. Ursula then tells Ariel that she can make all of her dreams come true. Ariel finally believes Ursula who tells her that she can be a human for three days to impress Prince Eric. The catch? Ariel must give her beautiful voice to Ursula and if the prince dosen't kiss her in those three days, Ariel belongs to Ursula. Ariel agrees, gives her voice to Ursula and signs a contract. Ariel is human and Eric is falling in love with her. Ursula is upset and Ursula takes the form of a beautiful woman with Ariel's voice. She hypnotizes Eric so he'll marry Ursula, who takes the name Vanessa. When they are about to wed, Ariel's friend Flounder, a fish, and Scuttle, a sea gull, find out that Vanessa is Ursula. They tell Ariel. Ursula then kidnaps Ariel and takes her back to the ocean. King Triton tries to fight Ursula but she turns him into a poor soul and she steals his crown and triton. She then makes herself twenty times larger. She fights Ariel and Eric until Eric drives a ship into her stomach. Ursula dies after the ship punctured her stomach. Ursula's diabolical plan makes her one of Disney's best villainous creations.

#5. Scar from "The Lion Kin
g" (1994)Perhaps one of the most ruthless, heartless villains of all time, Scar has with no doubt earn his place in the top five. Scar, though not the best a villain could be (that's #1), Scar is without a doubt the most ruthless and vicious Disney Villain of all time. When Scar's brother, Mufasa, king of the jungle, had a son, Simba, this meant Scar would never be king. There was only one way for him to become king: to kill Mufasa and Simba. When Simba grows older, Scar tells him of the Elephant Graveyard. He tells him not to go (lying), but tempts him. Being a curious child, Simba, along with his friend, Nala, go to the Elephant Graveyard. When they arrive, three hyenas, Shenzi, Banazai and Ed, try to kill them for Scar. They are saved by Mufasa who is upset at Simba because he told him never to go there. Scar then tells the hyenas if he kills them both, he will be king and if Scar was king, it would be a favor for all hyenas. Days later, Scar tells Simba to wait on a rock where a stampede of wildebeests will be running towards. The hyenas chase the wildebeests to where Simba is. Scar tells Mufasa Simba is in danger. When Mufasa tries to save Simba, Scar pushes him into the stampede, killing Mufasa. Simba survives, but is told by Scar to run away and never return. Scar then convinces the kingdom Simba and Mufasa are dead. Scar then becomes king. He is popular with the hyenas, not popular with lions. When Simba returns when he is fully grown, he battles Scar and the hyenas on Pride Rock, the king's home. Scar eventually plunges off the cliff where at the bottom, the hyenas learn that Scar lied to them and attack him, eventually killing him. Scar is a vicious lion who would kill his own brother and nephew in order to become king. If that isn't one of the most evil deeds in the history of the silver screen, I don't know what is.

en from "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs" (1937)Walt Disney's first full length feature film Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs gave the Disney Studios and all of Hollywood one of it's greatest villains of all time, Snow White's evil stepmother, Queen Grimhilde. When the King died, he left his only daughter, Snow White, with his wife, the Evil Queen. As Snow White grew, the Queen would always ask her Magic Mirror who was the fairest in the land. Every time, it answered "Snow White". This made her extremely jealous. She forced Snow White to clean the castle everyday. She also dressed her in rags. One day, the Queen ordered her huntsman to take Snow White into the forest and to kill her. She gave him a case to put her heart in as proof. The huntsman took Snow White to the forest but could not kill her. He told her to run away. He then killed a pig instead and gave the pig's heart to the Queen. Snow White found a cottage in the woods where she stayed with seven very kind dwarfs that she took care of. When the Queen found out that she was alive, she made a potion that turned her into a hideous old hag woman. She then poisoned an apple that she would give to Snow White to kill her. The next day, after Snow White saw the dwarfs off to work, the Queen in disguise offered Snow White the apple. Snow White graciously took the apple and she died right there. The animals from the forest got the dwarfs and told them about the Queen. The dwarfs found the Queen and chased her to the top of a cliff. The rain poured down as the Queen tried to push a boulder down on the dwarfs. But then, lightning struck where the Queen was standing and she fell of the side of the cliff and the boulder fell on top of her. The Evil Queen has gone down in history as not only one of Disney's best villains but one of Hollywood's best villains. She truly is one of the best.
#3. Captain Hook from
"Peter Pan" (1953)Captain Hook from Peter Pan is one of Disney's most memorable villains. Though he was portrayed as a coward, he was also a very bitter and evil man. The pirate calls home Neverland, as does Peter Pan. When they were battling once, Peter cut of Hook's hand and fed it to a crocodile. The crocodile now tics and tocs like a clock because there was a wristwatch on the hand it ate. Now, Hook is terrified of the crocodile. When Peter Pan brought the Darling children who didn't want to grow up to Neverland, Captain Hook attacked with his cannons. He's now seeking revenge on Peter Pan. Once the children escaped, they were kidnapped by the angry Indian Chief. They soon found out that Hook had kidnapped his daughter, Tiger Lily. Though the boys were kidnapped, Wendy and Peter found Hook and his sidekick Mr. Smee with Tiger Lily. She was captured to tell Hook where Peter's hideout is. Peter and Wendy then free Tiger Lily while Hook and Smee scurry off back to their ship. Hook then kidnaps Tinker Bell, Peter's fairy friend, who he tricks into telling him where his hideout is. Hook and his crew invade the hideout and kidnap the Darlings and the Lost Boys, more of Peter's friends. Hook drops of a bomb, which is wrapped like a present and is labled "To Peter, Love Wendy". Tinker Bell escapes and grabs takes the bomb away from Peter before it goes off. Meanwhile, on the ship, Hook tells the children that they either have to join his crew or walk the plank. Wendy refuses and she jumps off the plank. To Hook's surprise he hears no splash. Peter caught Wendy and then goes into battle with Hook. He let's the other children free and then Hook falls off the side of the ship and is chased by the crocodile for miles and miles and miles. Hook's dastardly deed? Kidnapping. Yes, others have kidnapped, but's Hook's was by far the worst. He's also driven by revenge which makes him one of the best villains created by Disney.
#2. Jafar from "Alad
din" (1992)Jafar, the vicious vizier of Aladdin makes it to number two on the top 30 list. Why? Jafar's tactics where by far some of the most horribly wicked Disney has seen. Jafar, vizier to the Sultan of Agrabah, traveled to The Cave of Wonders where he sent in Gazeem, to find the lamp containing a genie for himself. The Cave (in the shape of a large cat's head) swallows Gazeem and Jafar is told only "The Diamond in the Rough" can enter. Jasmine, the Sultan's daughter, who Jafar wishes to marry, leaves the palace and meets Aladdin, a boy from the streets of Agrabah. Jafar soon discovers that Aladdin is the Diamond in the Rough. Jafar then has Aladdin captured. Jasmine tells Jafar to release him, but he tells her he is dead. Jafar then disguises himself into a needy old man takes Aladdin out of prison and brings him to the Cave of Wonders. Aladdin enters and finds a magic carpet which he takes to search for the lamp. Abu, Aladdin's monkey, touches a ruby inside. Before they entered, the Cave told them not to touch anything but the lamp. This causes it to cave in but tha carpet brings them to the entrance. Jafar then tries to kill Aladdin, but fails. Aladdin is then trapped in the cave. He finds the lamp and releases the Genie who tells Aladdin he'll grant him three wishes. Aladdin gets the Genie to free them without using a wish. They escape and Aladdin wishes to be a prince so he could marry Jasmine. Jafar now plans to trick the Sultan into letting Jasmine marry him and then kill them both so he can be Sultan. Aladdin then meets Jasmine and they fall in love on a magic carpet ride. When they return, Aladdin is captured by Jafar who tells the palace guards to chain him and throw him into the ocean. Aladdin summons Genie and he returns him to the palace. Jafar now recognizes Aladdin and he escapes from the guards. The Sultan now admires Aladdin and says he should be his successor. Later, Jafar tells his pet parrot, Iago, to steal the lamp. He does so and brings it to Jafar. Jafar then uses his first wish to become Sultan. Then he wishes that Aladdin would go to a far off place. Aladdin eventually takes the magic carpet back to Agrabah where Jafar is at large. Jasmine sees Aladdin and tries to distract Jafar, but Jafar sees Aladdin. Aladdin then battles Jafar. Jafar turns himelf into a giant cobra and then into the most powerful thing in the world, a genie. Aladdin finds the lamp and Jafar and Iago are sucked into it. Genie then brings it back to the Cave of Wonders. Jafar's power hungry plans give him the spot at number two on the top 30 list. Now, there's only one villain left. Who could it be?

ing Beauty" (1959)Yes. Maleficent has been named the number one Villain the Walt Disney Studios has ever created. Unlike the usual villain, Maleficent dosen't portray the mean, ugly old witch but the more classy, attractive wicked fairy. When Maleficent dosen't receive an invitation to see the newborn baby Princess Aurora, she becomes very distressed and upset. She goes to the party to bistow a gift on the baby: "On her sixteenth birthday, she will prick her finger on the spindal of a spinnning wheel and die". King Stefan's guards try to attack her, but she disappears. Sixteen years later, Aurora has grown into a beautiful young woman who has fallen in love with Prince Phillip. Though three fairies, Flora, Fauna and Merryweather, took her to an out of the way cottage so Maleficent couldn't find her, she still met with the prince. Meanwhile back in the kingdom, Maleficent finds out her goon henchmen have been looking for a baby for sixteen years. She becomes extremely angry and tells her pet raven, Diablo, to search for her. Diablo finds the cottage and sees the fairies performing magic. He flies back to Maleficent and reports to her what he saw. Maleficent then lures Aurora (renamed Briar-Rose) to her castle where she does prick her finger on the spinning wheel and dies right there. The fairies place her on a bed and leave. Prince Phillip hears of the news and rides to the cottage. He's then captured by Maleficent and her goons. They then take him to Maleficent's castle where he is trapped in a dungeon so he cannot kiss the princess and awaken her. When Maleficent leaves, the fairies free Prince Phillip. He rides his horse out of the castle wear he kills Diablo. Maleficent then surrounds him with thousands of thorn bushes. He cannot move. Maleficent then turns herself into a large fire breathing dragon. Phillip and Maleficent battle and Maleficent blows away his shield. Prince Phillip is standing at the edge of the cliff and almost falls. He then throws his sword at the dragon and it punctures her chest. Blood pours down her neck and she collapses into the fire. Maleficent. The Number One Disney Villain of All Time. Every Disney Villain is fantastic, but Maleficent's pure wickedness skyrockets her to number one.
